我刚搬到一个新的城市,于是在walmart网站上买过不少家具之类的东西。查账的时候
,突然发现walmart帐号里有两单iTune e-giftcard 的order, 不是我下的。一单被
walmart cancel掉,第二单成功,而且居然发了e-gift card到我的电子邮箱里!
我跟信用卡公司申诉,今天收到结果说,walmart提供了购买信息,以及已经把e-gift
card发到了我电子邮箱的记录。也就是说没有帮我argue成功。然后我又从order买单那
个地方发信给walmart,结果walmart推皮球,如所附。
难道这哑巴亏就这么吃定了?好恶心的walmart网购经历。不是在乎那$25,而是这个过
程好让人恶心。网购无数,居然被walmart给涮了一把。而且,我现在无论如何在
walmart上下单,都被walmart cancel掉。

A declaration from the victim certifying the accuracy of the police report
and authorizing Walmart.com to release information to the law enforcement
department identified in that report
The completed documents can be faxed to 1-479-204-0074. Once the fax is
received, our billing department will work with your local authorities to
provide the requested information as quickly as possible.

Thank you for your reply.
I contacted DiscoverCard for unauthorized purchase to my Discover Card. I
got reply from DiscoverCard today. It states that Walmart insisted that the
purchase is valid.
The difficult thing is that this is an online purchase, and emailed order.
The e-gift card was sent to my email box. So it may not be appropriate to
direct to "Identity Theft", that said, it could be more likely that a
purchase made by mistake by Walmart staff or internet.
I don't have an iPhone. I don't have any reason to make such an order of i
-Tune egift card. What's the meaning for me?
I didn't find any place in my Walmart account to cancel this order.
