感谢在这里得到的帮助,因为工作忙,所以现在才提供个人小结以回馈社区:
具体而言我的时间线是:
04/26/2016 在加州向NSC提交i-140 申请 (申请时背景见:附件1)
05/05/2016 USCIS批准i-140
06/24/2016 做移民体检
07/05/2016 提交i-765, i-131 申请
07/12/2016 USCIS收到fingerprint fee
08/12/2016 USCIS批准i-765, i-131
12/19/2017 提交 USCIS Service Request Confirmation 得到一个 类似
SR01234567890NSC这样的 request ID number.(具体内容见:附件2)
12/27/2017 收到i-485 RFE(request for additional evidence) 要求：  重作体检
和 证明领域持续卓越(具体问题和答复见: 附件3)
01/17/2018 重新做移民体检
02/08/2018 USCIS收到我的RFE答复
02/16/2018 USCIS批准i-485 (当时正逢大年三十)
02/20/2018 USCIS寄出绿卡


下面总结一些个人觉得可能有帮助的: 
1)提交 USCIS Service Request 是有帮助唤醒申请案例关注的(提交连接为: https://
egov.uscis.gov/e-request/Intro.do)
2)提交完i-140 之后继续保持学术热度可以更好的回到RFE提问
3)国会议员可以找,但是不要同时找(我收到email 警告,说这样会延缓查询进度),个人
不觉得帮助到我的案例,但是议员办公室职员真的态度很好(邮件/电话里可以感觉到)
