一个好心的网友推荐我到这里来，因为我昨天在为人父母版上发这贴子时被有些人骂外
F，所以我首先声明一下我的EX是中国人我不是外F， 还有真要请律师的话可不可以对
方付款，我是家庭主妇刚拿完失业救济金， 还没有找到工作，就想趁现在还没有工作的
时候回国三个月。

我要带宝宝回中国3个月， EX一直不同意直到现在宝宝2岁多了才勉强同意我带宝宝回
国看望我父母。还得由他选日期，我父母从没有见过宝宝，除了网路视屏。虽然我可以
到法院去告他但我没车也没有精力去折腾。
我EX是个人品不好的人，一直以来他处处刁难我，就希望我过得难受。我们离婚时我曾
经和他商量无争议离婚，他不肯， 他一定要做有争议离婚，离婚花了我很多钱请律师
，所以我现在再也没钱请律师看这个ORDER了。在此也感慨一下，人品真的太重要了。

这是他律师要求我签字后才能让我带小孩回国， 我是defendent, 我看了后很愤怒，请
大家帮我出出主意改一改这个ORDER，谢谢先。

ORDER：

THIS MATTER being opened to the Court XXXX of the law firm of XXXX,
attorneys for Plaintiff, XXXX, and XXXX, and it appearing that the parties
have consented to the terms and conditions of the within Order; and for good
cause shown;
IT IS ON THIS ____ DAY OF _________, 2011 ORDERED:
1.    The parties hereby agree that the Defendant shall be permitted to
travel with XXXX（my son) to China from ___________________ to _____________
__. Both parties shall cooperate in obtaining a passport for XXXX (my son)
for those specific dates of travel. Upon return to New Jersey on ___________
____________, XXXX (my son)'s passport shall be turned over to the
Plaintiff and this matter shall return to the Passport Alert System.
2.    Other than the dates specifically listed above, neither party shall
remove XXXX (my son) from the State of New Jersey for more than twenty-four
(24) hours unless the other party has consented in writing. Neither party
shall remove XXXX (my son) for the United States until further Court Order.
3.    At least three (3) weeks prior to leaving for China, the Defendant
shall provide a full itinerary for the trip, including but not limited to
flight information, telephone numbers, addresses for the course of the trip,
and a list of at least three (3) emergency contacts in China.
4.    During the course of this vacation, child support shall be suspended.
Probation is directed to reflect its records accordingly. CS_____________.
5.    The Plaintiff shall be permitted make up parenting time for all
parenting days missed while the Defendant is on vacation. In the event the
Plaintiff is unable to make up these days, they shall not be incorporated
into the Defendant's right to seek a modification of child support as set
forth in their Marital Settlement Agreement and Consent Order fixing custody
and parenting time.
6.    The Defendant represents and acknowledges that she MUST return with
XXXX (my son) no later than ___________. If she fails to do so, she agrees
that she will be subject to a $500 per day fine. In addition, she also
acknowledges that she will be subject to both civil and criminal
repercussions. The Plaintiff does not agree to the Defendant's relocation
to China with the child or to the Defendant leaving the child in China while
she returns to the United States. The Defendant acknowledges that her
failure to return with the child shall constitute a kidnapping for which she
will be fully prosecuted.
7.    In the event Defendant fails to return with XXXX (my son) in the
agreed upon time, upon XXXX (my son)'s return to New Jersey, custody shall
automatically be changed to the Plaintiff and Defendant shall only be
permitted supervised parenting time. Child support would be immediately
terminated.
8.    All other terms set forth in the parties' Marital Settlement
Agreement and Consent Order fixing custody and parenting time shall remain
in full force and effect.
