标  题: 【紧急求助】移民局 Post Decision Activity （撤销I140？）

我申请的是EB1A。去年拿到了I140，因为人不在美国，之后走了大使馆程序（IV），并
且顺利的拿到了Immigration Visa。打算两周之后去美国做immigration landing。

但是今天早上收到了USCIS的邮件，说是Department of State要求USCIS重审我的Case
。。
我所有的电话都打遍了（律师 USCIS NVC 大使馆）都说不知道，让我安心等待180天再
说。。
（1）我说我的Immigration Visa还有一个月就过期了，我还怎么等180天？
（2）如果我明天就去landing，边境是不让我进吗？我的VISA在手里面，也没有人说
VISA被revoke了


我也是傻眼了。。。请问大家有没有遇到过类似的事情啊？？？ 呜呜

On September 2, 2016, the Department of State sent us your case, for review.
We are reviewing it, and will notify you by mail when we are done. Please
follow any instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/
addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include
USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the
National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/
petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal
and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.
