没请律师，自己填报好i-485等表格后"去见"NSC IO（移民官）的。

对i-485第4页上的Part 3.C.6问题，我如实选了"YES"，然后按照要求另行单独附上
说明如下：

党）

In MM YYYY, I was recommended for the membership of the Chinese Communist
Party (CCP) at the *** University.  In China, the CCP membership was
viewednot only as a recognition of excellent performance, but also a huge
help inseeking employment after graduation. It was with the hope for a
better life that I accepted the recommendation and joined the CCP in MM YYYY.

（大意：某某年某某月，我在国内某大学时被推荐加入中国共产党。在中国，党员不仅
是工作出色的标志，也对找工作有很大帮助。为了今后找个好工作，我接受了推荐，加
入了共产党。）

In MM YYYY, I came to the United States of America for family and study
purposes. Since then I have neither paid any CCP membership dues nor
participated in any CCP activity. According to the CCP polices, any member
who fails to pay membership dues or fails to participate in regular Party
activities for 6 consecutive months relinquishes their Party membership.

（大意：某年某月，我来到美国与家人团聚并求学，从那时起，我就没交过党费，也没
参加过任何党组活动。按照中国共产党的规定，连续六个月不参加活动不交党费的人就
算自动放弃党员资格。）

最后签上自己的大名及日期。

至于网上有人说，多一事不如少一事，本人不敢苟同。做人要诚实，如果你不想给自己
埋棵地雷，就实事求是。没什么的，大陆有几千万的党员，是党员不奇怪，不是也不奇
怪。至少到目前为止，我没有听说有谁是因为填了自己是党员而被面试的，多是因为其
它原因而被要求面试。

我们是2015年4月17日邮寄的i-485，2015年6月19日接到被批准的Email。其间，5月21
日接到FP（打指纹）的书面通知后，26日提前去St. Louis打的指纹。从邮寄申请到接
到被绿的通知，前后总共历时2个月零2天，谢谢NSC IO的高效率！

也顺祝已填报了i-485的XDJM（兄弟姐妹）们早绿！
