我是去年11月初面试的，后来收到补交材料的信，12月初寄过去了，case status 一直
是your interview is complete, and your case must be reviewed.

今天case status终于变了：
Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction
On June 19, 2018, we transferred your Form I-485, Application to Register
Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number *******, to another
USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a
notice that explains why we moved your case. Please follow the instructions
in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by July 19, 2018, please
go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move,
go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

我有点confuse了， 到底是面试之前转了，还是面试之后呢？ 我现在也没法做SR，时
间还没到，打了个电话，想转人工，但是好像现在没法接人工了， 有人有类似的经验
么。我看网上一般都是面试前是这个status啊
