请教车祸索赔失败后 医疗账单问题

两年前在德州一个三车连撞的车祸 我在最前面 只有车后面被撞 然后脖子有点不舒服
找了律师 让去看医生 签了律师合同

看完了几天正骨医生 律师说case不成功 估计是保险公司拒绝理赔 然后律师把我
abandon了 律师解除了和我签的合同 
这种情况下 我应该自己负责医疗帐单吗
我和律师合同里有下面这条

Expenses: Brian White & Associates agrees to advance all costs and expenses
of litigation. If the
prosecution of your matter is unsuccessful, Brian White & Associates will
assume all costs and
expenses obtained in bringing your cause of action. If the prosecution of
your matter is
successful, Brian White & Associates will get reimbursed for its expenses
after its fee is
deducted from the gross sum recovered.


Unsuccessful Outcome: Although Brian White & Associates does not anticipate
an unsuccessful
outcome in this matter, to the extent that the gross settlement amount or
Award is insufficient to
cover fees, expenses, and liens, Client understands that Client is under no
obligation to reimburse
Attorney Brian White & Associates for its fees and expenses. In the event
that the provision of
medical services is provided to Client, the payment for which is secured
through a Letter of
Protection, Client understands that Client will be under no obligation to
pay any monies to
Attorney Brian White & Associates.
