F1转学状态中可以递交I-130吗

我是被申请人，F2A类别的，婚姻绿卡，预备6月1日寄送出去。

Checklist有，大家看还缺什么吗？
1.    A check for the amount of $535.00 to cover the filing fee;
2.    Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative;
3.    Form I-130A, Supplemental Information for Spouse Beneficiary, for the
beneficiary;
4.    Two (2) photos of the petitioner and two (2) photos of the beneficiary;
5.    Copy of the front and back of the petitioner's Permanent Resident
card (Form I-551);
6.    Copy of Marriage Certificate of petitioner and beneficiary;
7.    Copy of Birth Certificate and certified translation of beneficiary;
8.    Copy of passport of beneficiary;
9.    Copy of F1 visas of beneficiary;
10.    Copy of I-94 of beneficiary
11.    Evidence of bona fide marriage – lease, utility account information,
car insurance

我现在是opt，原本6月4日至8月2日是grace period. 但我已经联系好现在的学校在6月
4日把我的sevis转到新学校。
根据我反复确定的一点，F1 transfer期间我虽然没有文件说明我开学之前这阶段的合
法身份，但我是legally stay的。

所以USCIS收到我的I-130后，会检查我是什么身份状态吗？不会因为这个F1 transfer
搞糊涂了吧？
